THE COMQARATIVE DESCRIPTION OF THE PUALITY OF HATHING EGGS AND THE PRODUCTIVITY OF BEIJING BREED AND CHERRY VELLY

Abstract

The article defines the results of the comparative studies of the morphological indicators of the hatching eggs, the productivity of the ducks of beijing  breed and cherry velly. As a result of the conducted research it is defined that the weight of the egg and its consistants is bigger in group 2 of the ducks. The level of general lipids and .. triacylglycerols, NEZHK and mono- and triacylglycerolsis higher in the yolk of the eggs of this very gryp. The egg productivity wos higher among the ducks of the cherry velly for 13,7 percents.
