This article explores the influence of active reaction aquatic environment features accumulation of lead and cadmium in muscle tissue of 1–year silver carps (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix).In vitro studies in laboratory have demonstrated effect of pH value with action maximum permissible concentration of heavy metals and multiple them ions. It is shown that at lower pH value (acid media) the lead is accumulated more intensively while cadmium content increases more in alkaline media. Research was conducted at the Lviv research station of Institute of fisheries NAAS (Lviv oblast, Horodok region, Velykyi Lyubin). On the whole it is possible to mark, that cadmium accumulates in muscles tissue of silver carps something more intensively at increase values of ph–value and with the insignificant rejection of experimental results. Notedly Meaningful probabilities in maintenance of lead depending on a group, and in the acidified environment the process of penetration of lead in the organism of fishes are braked. On the whole, migration lead depends on рН value to organism of silver carp anymore; but considerable dispersion of results by comparison to cadmium. Expediency of such researches is predefined by the necessity of correction rotation of heavy metals for an environment and decline of the ecological loading in the some links of trophic chain. Summarizing experimental researches it is possible to do generalization, that at regulating the value of ph–value in fish breeding pond it is possible to prevent contamination of future products the some types of heavy metals.
