EFECT OF FEEDING ENZYME PREPARATION MEK-BTU-6 ON AMINO ACID COMPOSITION MUSCLE TISSUE PIGS

Abstract

Shown that feeding enzyme preparation NEK-BTU-6 in the diets of young pigs positive impact on its performance and increases the content of essential and essential amino-acids in muscle tissue of animals.

In general in the muscle tissue of young animals, which eat enzyme preparation MEK-7-BTU content of amino acids increased in comparison with their counterparts in the control group by 4,2 % and 11,0 %.

The use of the enzyme preparation MEK-BTU-7 in feeding young pigs increases the number of amino acids in the longest muscle back by 4,2 % and 11,0 % for doses of 0,15 and 0,35 kg / t feed.
