INFLUENCE OF MOBBING ON THE CREATION OF EMPLOYEES MANAGEMENT
Abstract
This paper describes the current condition of mobbing positions increase aggression, egocentrism, degradation of morality in modern society. Posted collective manifestation of aggression against the employee with dignity deprivation, mental and physical health, an individual can lose a life. Indicated that the life, health and the right to honor the highest values are officially safeguarded, various laws and codes. According emotional abuse and psychological pressure from employees, bosses are more common in large enterprises and government agencies.
The concept of mobbing – a form of psychological pressure in the form of employee harassment in the team, usually for the purpose of its release.
Based on the analysis of scientific sources mobbing problem is of particular scientific interest and requires understanding of how the phenomenon in its essential characteristics, and possible ways of overcoming adequate. The article is a study of the theoretical foundations of the phenomenon of mobbing in the management of staff and subordinates survey to identify mobbing in groups.
A conclusion that the main leader for the diagnosis of mobbing the staff should be: the study of socio–psychological climate unit; identify initiators mobbing; identify victims of mobbing; identification of passive (forced) participants mobbing; identify prerequisites of mobbing in the slave unit; identify the consequences of mobbing for its initiator and sacrifice.
