FACTORS OF SUCCESSFUL ACTIVITY OF ENTERPRISE AT MARKET
Abstract
The article deals with the approach to factors classification of the successful activity of enterprises at market that can ensure its competitiveness and development in the future. It is noted their evolutionary nature and complexity of identifying and assessing of their influence. It is proposed the approach to identify key success factors in terms of the main interesants of organization–employers and employees themselves and stage of life cycle of organization. Accordingly, there are two groups of factors:independent of the owners and leadership, that is the enterprise, and group of officials, completely independent from market function of economic entity. Particular attention is given to the factors that determine the modernity of the enterprise and the prospects of its development/
