THEORETICAL APPROACHES TO THE DEFINITION OF THE TERM «PERSONNEL POLICY»
Abstract
This article provided the following definition of the terms «personnel policies», «politics», «policy», «HR», «staff», «personnel»; perechyslenni and describes the types of personnel policy, such as employment policy, education policy, remuneration policies, industrial relations policy, welfare policy; lists the components that form the personnel policy; highlights actions that provide a comprehensive understanding of personnel policy; comparison of the concepts of «personnel policies» and «HR»; analysis of recent research and publications, and perechyslenni world scholars and domestic scholars; Set urgency described formulation of the problem and the ways to solve it
