MODELING OF REGIONAL TRENDS FOOD MARKET
Abstract
In the article the author asked to forecast future production volumes and consumption of food products that will make it possible to predict changes in aggregate demand and adapt food production to future conditions.
Forecast future volume of food production based on correlation and regression model, extrapolation factor variable and conducting peer reviews. As the object of forecasting certain types of products, supply is determined by regional demand, which can vary in the short term: bread and bakery products, meat and meat products, milk and dairy products, fish and fish products, potatoes.
According to the results of forecasting 2016 production of meat and meat products, fish and fish products, potatoes could grow compared to 2014 year. The decline in food production per capita can happen on such commodity groups as bread and bakery products, and milk and dairy products. Consumption will rise in all food groups studied, except for fish and fishery products.
