Abstract

The article contains results experimental studies to determine the sensitivity to isolated cultures of Pasteurella multocida of pathological material three dead heads musk ducks years of age, the private sector Mykolayiv region to different groups of antibacterial medicines used in poultry farms and the private sector for the prevention and treatment of pasteurellosis (Cholera ) of poultry.

Results of these studies indicate that isolated Pasteurella multocida the culture is highly sensitive to the cephalosporin antibiotics, glycopeptide and fluoroquinolones groups.

The zone stunted growth ranged from 24 to 18 mm. However, this culture of Pasteurella was not sensitive to macrolides, tetracyclines and polypeptides, stunted growth zone of which was 18–19 mm and resistant to aminoglycoside antibiotics, penicillins, azalides, linkozamides, chloramphenicol, nitrofuran and sulfanilamide of antibacterial preparations.
