Abstract

Presented results of study of pathoanatomical changes in the dogs at infectious hepatitis. At the necropsy of dead dogs exposed the expressed macroscopic changes in a liver and gall-bladder, pancreas and thymus. Pathological changes in the pancreas in all cases was a result of pathogenetic and etiologic connection of hepatitis with a pancreatitis. Therefore, in this case acute parenchymal hepatitis complicated by a sharp pancreatolysis became the reason of death of animals. Inflammatory processes of sero-hemorragic character in regional  to the sites of reproduction of virus lymphoid organs, are the morphological equivalent of immunological reactions which developed because of infectious disease. Vascular reaction as venous hyperemia and plural small hemorrhages in mucous membranes and serosas, and also in parenchymal organs, is the morphological display of infectious process in the organism of the dead animals.

In the dead dogs the complex of pathoanatomical signs which can be considered characteristic for infectious hepatitis is educed: an acute parenchymal hepatitis; an acute catarrhal cholecystitis; the edema of hypoderm in area of neck and ventral part of the thorax; and possible fibrinous-hemorrhagic perihepatitis.
