THE MORPHOLOGY OF THE LYMPH NODES PIGS HOME THE EARLY STAGES OF POSTNATAL ONTOGENESIS
Abstract
Important organs of the immune system are the lymph nodes, the shape and dimensions of which vary, depending on their location. In most cases, according to our research, mandibular lymph nodes are bean-shaped and have a convex and concave surfaces. Mesenteric lymph nodes in the structure of mono- and polinodosis: mononodosis have an elongated oval shape and are on the right and left side of the mesentery; polinodosis – located to the right of the mesentery of the small intestine. Their number is significantly larger than mononodosis. Lymph nodes act as biological filters lymph. Lymph nodes are located in the path of flow of lymph through the lymph vessels, ducts and trunks. The length of the lymph nodes and varied depending on their topography. Mandibular lymph nodes, according to their location are superficial and are in newborn piglets in the submandibular space, laterally from the rostral end of the submandibular salivary gland. They are round or bean-shaped, where the concave and convex surfaces.
