INDICATORS METABOLIC PROFILE BLOOD FOR DEAD COWS MICROELEMENTOSIS

Abstract

The results of biochemical blood parameters of cows for violation of mineral metabolism. Cows on microelementosis found uneven hair growth with symptoms of alopecia, delay molting, there ruffled leather, dryness, increased folding and hyperkeratosis of skin. In addition, the observed enoftalm, myxedema phenomena as mucosal edema between jaws. Patients cows anemia noted the visible mucous membranes, alotriofahiyа, go hard, painful joints, softening the tail vertebrae. Established hypoproteinemia (66,8±1,80 g/l), hypoalbuminemia (28,0±1,18 %), hiperhlobulinemiya (72,0±1,05 %), hypoglycemia (2,3±0,12 mmol/l). Patients cows contents noted the decrease in serum carotene (6,2±0,27 mmol/l), increased total bilirubin contents (5,5±0,32 mmol/l), creatinine (112,7±5,10 mmol/l) and cholesterol (3,5±0,42 mmol/l).
