METHOD OF SANATION OF PREPUTIAL CAVITY OF RAMS

Abstract

The results of studies to determine the effectiveness of ozone-containing drug OKO, which is used as an antibacterial, antiviral, and fungicidal compositions for the treatment of preputial cavity of rams.

It was found that the proposed method provides a high sanations effect and normalization of postocytogramm. In particular, after the reorganization in smears reduced the number of white blood cells and epithelial cells – by 45,2%, microbial contamination – by 37,6%, dystrophic cells (with yellow-red color) – by 60% and increased the number of cells with normal structure (with green coloration) – 20%, and the normalized ratio of cells (1:3 to 1:1), the number of epithelial cells and leucocytes (1:1 to 1:2), epithelial cells with normal structure and dystrophy (2:1 to 1:2).

In the future, the proposed method provides improvement of sanations preputial cavity of rams, which will be tested for other ozone-containing material – drug Prozone, which is a complex preparation, containing ozonized corn oil and alcohol solution of propolis.
