Abstract

It was established that in the liver females’ and males-sires carps of the research groups, which in the pre spawning period as a part of a standard granular fodder received higher amounts of vitamin A, it increases the content of phospholipids. At the same time in their fatty acid composition and dose-dependent manner significantly reduced levels of monounsaturated fatty acids n-9 family, but increases – families of polyunsaturated fatty acids n-3 and n-6. Females carp-sires, which in pre spawning period in the part of standard granulated mixed fodder were fed additional vitamin A in quantities of 2500 and 5000 IE / kg feed, operating and relative fecundity increase significantly and dose-dependent, and in the males – the volume of milk. This increases larvae out of eggs significantly and dose-dependent.
