Abstract

Analysis of milk productivity of Ukrainian black spotted cows’ dairy breed that were daughters of 20 Holstein bulls-inseminators, in conditions of a breeding farm «Yamnytsya» Tysmenytsya district of Ivano-Frankivsk region was conducted. It was established that fathers had a significant influence upon milk productivity formation of their daughters. The highest levels of milk yield and quantity of milk fat for best lactation characterized bulls’ daughters of D.Caprice 401393 (respectively 7718,4 and 285,8 kg) V.P.V.Starbuck 389756 (7573,6 and 284,5 kg) and L.Britesk 5464072 (7541,2 and 279,0 kg), and by milk fat content – daughters Mandarins’ 34240 (3,85 %), Bremley 357 and Malish 683 (3,82 %). Share of bulls impact upon daughters’ milk yield depending on lactation was within 23,32–43,80 %, milk fat amount – within 29,44–42,53 %. The greatest influence of parents was marked on milk fat content of their daughters for the second and third lactation – respectively 47,88 and 48,70 %, and for the best and I lactation – 19,28 and 11,74 %. Part of parents influence on relative milk productivity, index of usefulness of lactation and average age for the highest milk yield achievement amounted to 23,54; 4,90 and 35,77% respectively.
