Abstract

Studies of the chemical composition and caloric content of white and red meat of broiler chickens at enrichment diet of nanotrace elements feed additive (NEFA) «Mikrostimulin» is set to improve the quality of meat under the influence of the feed additive by increasing the mass fraction of the dry matter, in particular the increase in the content of crude fat and protein and reduction of the moisture content, which in turn increases calorie meat.
